These are the words with which Alberto Perini, second generation, describes his work and that of his family, which saw the birth of Prosecco as a sparkling wine and then followed its path to the current fame.
The Perini family, in fact, was among the first to understand the great potential of Prosecco wine, purchasing – among the first in the area – the modern technology for the “Charmat” method, from the crushing plant to the autoclaves for carbonic fermentation and finally the bottling plant.
A virtuous process, which has made the Perini company a point of reference for the production of quality Prosecco, from the top DOCG line to more easy-drinking versions like the Conte Mangesa. Different lines for different channels: the elegance of sparkling wine for wine bars and restaurants, and the practicality of the sparkling stelvin cap for banqueting. Once again, Perini is the right combination of tradition and attention to the market, in a virtuous circle that has allowed it, over the years, to face both the Italian market and the international scene.
Recently the Perini family has decided to renew the entire production chain with the purchase of modern technology, including a new crushing and bottling plant that will allow the already excellent production to reach its peak, thus placing the winery among the most prestigious ones in Conegliano Valdobbiadene.
