Annibale it is obtained from Durella grapes, authoctonous wine varietal of the Lessina area, in the province of Verona. Vineyards are mainly located in hilly grounds of volcanic origin.

SENSORY NOTES AND FOOD PAIRINGS
Sensory notes: light yellow colour; the fine and persistent perlage guarentees a durable foam in the glass. Delicate notes of white fruit; on the palate it is particularly fresh, pleasant and harmonious.
Food pairings: perfect as an aperitif, it can be also well combined with meals, in particular with “baccalà alla vicentina” (salted codfish).
Service temperature: Recommend to serve at 4-5°C temperature.
