Through our Ripasso «la Mora della Valtramigna» we wanted to paint a picture of the lands we’ve known and taken care of for generations, so as to thank them for the time we’ve spent together. We think it is not right to refer to these places merely as «being not far from…» other, better-known cities: it’s time to call them by their name”

SENSORY NOTES AND FOOD PAIRINGS
Tasting notes: red with garnet nuances, with notes of ripened fruit on an undertone of vanilla, tobacco and cacao. Supple and long-lasting on the palate
Food pairings: very good with meat and seasoned cheese, excellent with game
Service temperature: open the bottle about one hour before tasting and serve at 18°C
