Novello wine owes its name to the fact that it is the first wine of the new vintage to be vinified and released to the market. The special production process, the so-called carbonic maceration, results in very special wines with a “winy” taste that is reminiscent of fermenting must. The Novello is a seasonal wine: it can only be purchased in November and is produced on a reservation basis. Concerning this, the pre-order for your Novello is to be made by September!
