Characteristics: Bright straw-yellow wine with fine and persistent perlage. To the nose it reveals a highly complex aroma in which the fruity component mingles with floral fragrances and vegetal scents. The long period of ageing on the lees also gives it an intense hint of yeast and of bread crust. On the palate it confirms the sensations signalled by the nose. A decidedly dry wine that emerges into a pleasing vanilla note nicely supported by its full body.
