This sparkling wine is made from a cuveé of white grapes growing in the wide plain in the south of Conegliano. It is characterised by a straw-yellow colour and by a fine and persistent perlage. Its bouquet is very fine and elegant, with clear scents of wisteria and acacia flowers. The elegant and fruity taste makes it suitable for any occasion: ideal as an aperitif, it can be well combined with pasta, white meat and fish as well. Last but not least, it is excellent with pizza.
Suggested service temperature: 6-8°C.

VINEYARDS: in the well situated and sunny plain to the South of Conegliano.
VINIFICATION: re-fermentation in pressurised tanks at 15-16°C for about 8 days.
The wine remains on its yeasts for more than 30 days.
