Edelweiss, Leontopodium Alpinum, also known as Rock Flower (Fior di Roccia in Italian), is considered the queen of Alpine flora. Fior di Roccia® is a liqueur obtained from the infusion, in grappa from Trentino and honey, of edelweiss flowers grown at high altitude by the Olga Casanova farm in Val di Pejo, near the Stelvio National Park. The liqueur has a bright, light greenish colour, on the nose it reminds of the delicate scent of chamomile, the taste is sweet and velvety.
