Zeroncello, a play on words between ‘zero’ (alcohol) and ‘limoncello’, was born out of the innovative spirit of the Pisoni family who, intrigued by the latest trends, wanted to push their technical research to the limit and produce a ‘non-liquour’ liqueur.
